Bedford VAL

The 'Chinese six' coach chassis developed by Bedford. Utilised in the main with coach bodies, but with a few buses thrown in. It was one of these, Burton's COD925C which engendered my interest in them.

at-6027 HDK46E, a Plaxton Panorama bodied VAL14 new to Creams. Unbranded, on hire to Standerwick and apparently on its way to Exeter.

at-4777 The one that started it all for me, Burton Coaches Marshall bodied VAL14 COD925C. As built and in its original livery, pictured at Kingswear Banjo in July 1965 when around one month from new.
